EC People is the College’s commitment to supporting our staff to thrive and develop within their roles while embracing new, agile and innovative ways of working to best support our students and partners. We aim to promote a sense of pride in being a part of our College and to place staff at the heart of the College’s ambitions. Central to EC People is our engagement with staff, throughout 2021/22 we will work with staff to embed EC People into the culture of our College.
